If
you have a free day, there are a great many things that you could do
around your house that are both fun anc challenging and do not require
traveling anywhere of spending lots of money. The simplist thing is to
play with your pet cat. That is, if you have one. You can toss your cat
some yarn, feed it some catnip (they love that,) or just sit in a
rocking chair and spend precious time stroking your cat’s soft fur and
listening to him or her purr. When you are ready for some mental
challenges, try a puzzle. Get one of those large puzzles with over one
thousand pieces. Or buy a book of mazes. Start with a simple maze and
after completing it, move on to harder ones. You could use your computer
and play online casino games like blackack and roulette and see just
how lucky you are. These games require more luck than skill, but they
are still exciting and challenging and will keep your mind sharp. Then
there are the crossword puzzles. Most newspaper publish free crossword
puzzles every day. Some are harder than others, but they all represent a
challenge and a way to spend time in an enjoyable fashion. These are
just a few ideas. There are many more. And with all of them, it is fun
to play with your cat in your lap or sitting nearby. Tat way both of you
can enjoy the fun of spending the day together. |
